Tenney Chapel built in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Serlo Organ Hall taken over by non-profit group--Methuen Memorial Music Hall.

Holy Family Hospital (formerly known as Bon Secours Hospital) services Methuen.

Tenney family gave 26 acres of castle grounds to thetown for Tenney High School. Tenney family sold 26 acres of castlegrounds to Basilian Salvatorian Order

1958

George Washington statue sold to Forest Lawn Cemetery.

1971

Primitive Universalist Church sold for renovation to apartments.
